2010 NFL Draft
Last week was the 2010 NFL Drafts which I was regreting because my fiance had Thrusday off and expected me to cook a bunch of food and watch the whole draft from 7:00 to 11:00. It turned out not to be that bad, time went by pretty fast and I didn't to watch all of it because I was cooking and of course I had to clean everything up. Friday was horrible though. Cody had to work so I had to stay home and watch the draft and text him every pick it started at 6:00 and ended at 11:00. I couldn't get anything done that evening. I wrote out every pick what position they were and what school they were from. It was so nerve racking. When Cody got home I told him I was never doing that again. The good thing is I didn't have to watch it Saturday.

Milly
I had a golden retriever named Milly for nine years and two weeks ago she had to be put a sleep because they found a tumor in her stomach. When I found out about I was in shock and upset. I had seen her three weeks before that and I laid on the floor and brushed her and and she had been perfectly fine. I guess what upset me the most is it just happened all at once and within two days of being sick she had suffered so much she had to be put to sleep. I know look back on it and I imagine she is in heaven with my grandmother and they are both happy and she's playing catch with Milly.
Seattle or Rock On The Range Concert
In May I have been invited to go to Seattle with my aunt, uncle, and cousin from May 19-24. I also had told my fiance that I would go with him to a concert called Rock On The Range which is rock and heavy metal. I know some of the bands that are going to be there but I'm not that familular with the music. I think it would be fun to have that experience and to be able to enjoy it with him but my aunt wants me to go to Seattle as a vacation for graduation even though I have already been there once but it is beautiful and theres lots to see.

Baby Think it Over Program
The baby think it over program is a infant simulator that is lifelike, and life-size baby doll will realalistic computer responses. Its being used by many schools to teach teenagers the responsibilities of an infant and to show them the disadvantages of having a child at an early age. The programs goal is to help young people to avoid early pregnacies and sexually transmissable infections.
What is it, and how does it work?
The infant simulator is a lifelike, life-size (20 1/2 inches) vinyl baby weighing 6.5 pounds. It is anatomically correct and available in both sexes and five different ethnicities. An internal computer simulates an infant crying at realistic, random intervals 24 hours a day. Intervals can be adjusted from 15 minutes to 6 hours for a normal, cranky, or particularly easy to care for baby. The parent is given a non-transferable key attached to a hospital bracelet on his or her wrist that must be inserted in the Baby for a specific length of time to simulate feeding, bathing, diaper-changing and comforting. Care sessions last from 5 to 35 minutes. If the baby has been properly cared for, it will coo to signal the end of the session. If it is neglected (allowed to cry for more than one minute) or handled roughly (dropped, thrown or struck), tamper-proof indicators on the computer will alert the instructor.

Snow Days
This week we had 14-15 inches of snow, which caused for the schools to be closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, which I felt we should of had school because now we only have one snow day left and winter isn't over yet and I really don't feel like making up school days but if it comes down to that then I think we should make them up on days we have off such as Presidents day, Memorial day ect. Then the second alternative could be spring break that way we don't waste away our small summer break.

Football for Girls
The other night I was having a conversation with my mother and sister about having an all girls football team. I thought why not there be football for girls and not just for the "guys". I mean we have softball so why not a girls football team. You always hear about girls complaining cause they can't play on the football team with the boys cause of the dangers involved...so why not have an all girls football team. That way us girls can play without getting tackeled by a guy but a girl.
